For online payments, transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers. ArishmaGlow does not intend to store complete debit-card or credit-card information on its own website servers.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer is required to pay the confirmed order amount to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, usage information, photographs, and other product details on our website.
Because some ArishmaGlow products are handmade, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture, shape, scent, or finish may occur from one batch to another. Such natural or handmade variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and an active contact number so that the delivery representative can reach them.
9. Inspect Your Order Before Accepting Delivery
Because our products are personal-use cosmetics and skincare items, customers must carefully check their order at the time of delivery while the delivery representative is present.
Please check that:
- The product is the item you ordered.
- The package and product are not visibly damaged.
- The quantity and product type are correct.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must immediately inform the delivery representative before accepting the delivery and contact ArishmaGlow at that time.
Once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery representative has left, ArishmaGlow does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for damaged, incorrect, opened, used, or unwanted products, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of handmade soaps, shampoos, skincare products, cosmetics, and other personal-care products, ArishmaGlow does not accept general returns or exchanges.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are considered only where the product is found to be damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery and the issue is reported immediately before accepting the delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of change of mind, personal preference, fragrance preference, texture preference, colour preference, or individual dissatisfaction after accepting the delivery.
